Everything (yes, including this very copyright information page) is released under an Australian Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works license. This gives people wanting to share what I write permission to do so under the following conditions:

-I’m credited as the original author.

-The writing you have chosen is not modified in any way. The only exception to this is to censor out any swear words, as I’m aware I can be quite the potty-mouth, and no one likes reading the word “fuck” 24 times when reading a review on something.

As far as using my work for commercial purposes, as a rule, I don’t allow it right off the bat. I don’t like the idea of other people making money off of my ham-fisted text-o-ramas and frankly, if you think my writing’s good enough to shove onto a commercial website, why not give me a job so I can supply you with more?

Makes sense, does it not?

However, if you’re seriously in dire need to shove my work onto a commercial website and don’t want to give me a job, please email me at audible.xepha@gmail.com with the following:

-’Writings – Commerical Use’ in the subject line

-A link to the work you would like to use

-a link to the website where the work will be posted.

-a paragraph or two describing the website it will be posted onto.

I’ll most likely respond within the week. If you do not hear anything for two weeks, please re-send your email.

All media which I have used from other places around the internet are used under what I consider “Fair Use”. It is not my intention to infringe copyright, nor is it my intention to restrict sales or whatever. I also try to give credit where credit is due, and I will almost always ask for permission or link back to the original website where I pinched the image from.

If you feel that my use of a specific image/sound/plans for a death ray have been used unfairly/is infringing copyright and would like it removed, please don’t hesitate to contact me at audible.xepha@gmail.com and I will amend the situation as soon as possible.
